Crockpot Cashew Chicken

This easy crockpot cashew chicken is a true dump-and-go dinner. Just add everything to the slow cooker, turn it on, and let it do the work for you. It’s full of flavor without taking much effort at all, which makes it perfect for busy days.

The chicken turns out tender, and the sauce has just the right balance that everyone enjoys. Serve it over rice or noodles for an easy, filling meal the whole family will eat. It’s one of those recipes you’ll be glad to have on hand when you don’t want to think too hard about dinner.

You’ll find this recipe in our Dump Cooking Cookbook, along with lots of other simple meals made for real life and real schedules. Some of my favorites include Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Fajita Soup and 3 Ingredient Cherry Dump Cake so be sure to check those out!
