Crockpot Cashew Chicken
This easy crockpot cashew chicken is a dump-and-go dinner that’s full of flavor with hardly any effort.

EASY CROCKPOT CASHEW CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups cashew nuts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Hot cooked rice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine chicken, cashews, mushrooms, celery, soup, green onions, butter, and soy sauce in slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice if desired.
