VALENTINE NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY PIE

Made with love and no oven...this chocolate strawberry pie is an easy Valentine dessert everyone will adore.

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Microwave chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture until fully blended.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  5. Fold chopped strawberries into the filling.
  6. Spread evenly into the chocolate crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until set.
