VALENTINE CUPID CRUNCH

Crunchy, sweet, and sprinkled with Valentine cheer--this no bake mix is a festive treat made for gifting, snacking, and celebrating love.

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 24 oz vanilla almond bark, melted according to package directions
  • 16 oz jar dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup red M&M's
  • Valentine sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, dry roasted peanuts and M&M's.
  2. Pour melted vanilla almond bark over the cereal mixture. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture out onto parchment paper.
  4. Immediately sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles, if using.
  5. Let set at room temperature until completely hardened.
  6. Break into bite-sized pieces and serve.
  7. TIP- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days--if it lasts that long.
