SWEET HAWAIIAN CROCKPOT CHICKEN
Tender chicken slow-cooked in a sweet and savory pineapple sauce with onions and bell peppers. This easy Hawaiian-inspired dish is packed with flavor and perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
- Place the cubed chicken, onion, and bell pepper in a crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Stir before serving and spoon over rice or cauliflower rice if desired.
