EASY STRAWBERRY-PEACH TRIFLE
A fluffy angel food cake dessert layered with creamy white chocolate pudding, sweet strawberries, juicy peaches, and light whipped topping. Easy to make, beautiful to serve, and always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 (1 oz) packages instant sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
- 1 angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups peaches, sliced
- 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip, thawed (sugar-free if desired)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
- Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- In a large trifle dish or serving bowl, layer half the angel food cake cubes, half of the pudding mixture, and half of the strawberries and peaches.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake and pudding mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
- Garnish with extra strawberries and peach slices just before serving for a beautiful presentation.
