EASY STRAWBERRY-PEACH TRIFLE

A fluffy angel food cake dessert layered with creamy white chocolate pudding, sweet strawberries, juicy peaches, and light whipped topping. Easy to make, beautiful to serve, and always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 (1 oz) packages instant sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip, thawed (sugar-free if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. In a large trifle dish or serving bowl, layer half the angel food cake cubes, half of the pudding mixture, and half of the strawberries and peaches.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake and pudding mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Garnish with extra strawberries and peach slices just before serving for a beautiful presentation.
