EASY LEMON COOL WHIP COOKIES

Soft, chewy, and packed with lemon flavor, these Lemon Cool Whip Cookies are a simple treat that tastes like sunshine in every bite. The powdered sugar coating creates a beautiful crackled top that's as pretty as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the lemon cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then coat generously with powdered sugar.
  5. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set.
  7. Allow to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
