EASY LEMON COOL WHIP COOKIES
Soft, chewy, and packed with lemon flavor, these Lemon Cool Whip Cookies are a simple treat that tastes like sunshine in every bite. The powdered sugar coating creates a beautiful crackled top that's as pretty as it is delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the lemon cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip until well combined.
- Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then coat generously with powdered sugar.
- Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set.
- Allow to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
