Everything Bagel Sheet Pan Dinner
Creamy, savory, and full of flavor, this everything bagel sheet pan salmon is an easy, heathy dinner that's great for your body and helps support balanced blood sugars. This recipe came from my dear friend Kerri and is in the Dump Cooking cookbook (Volume 3).

EVERYTHING BAGEL SHEET PAN SALMON
Creamy, savory, and full of flavor, this everything bagel sheet pan salmon is an easy, heathy dinner that's great for your body and helps support balanced blood sugars.
Ingredients
- 3-4 pieces of salmon
- 1 tub of whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, with 2" trimmed off the end
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line your baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Place salmon fillets on one side of the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil and place on the other side of the pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately.
- TIP: For extra flavor, finish with a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of extra everything bagel seasoning.
