CARAMEL APPLE SPICE DUMP CAKE

Sweet, gooey caramel apple goodness in every bite--easy to make and perfect for cozy fall desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (20 oz each) apple pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup
  • 1 box dry spice cake mix
  • 2 sticks butter, cut into pats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Spread apple pie filling evenly in the pan.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with caramel syrup.
  5. Evenly sprinkle cake mix over the top.
  6. Arrange butter pats across the top.
  7. Bake 45-50 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm -- amazing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
