VALENTINE STRAWBERRY CAKE MIX COOKIES

Have you ever made cookies using a cake mix? With just 3 ingredients these strawberry cookies are moist and chewy and so easy to make!

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Combine the cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes.
3. Using a medium scoop or spoon, scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are set. You do not want them to brown.
4. Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes. Transfer to cooling rack.
5. Enjoy!
