MOM'S GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Creamy, fluffy, chocolate-peanut butter goodness. Darryl's mom made this for dessert every Sunday, and it never lasted long.
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate gluten-free pie shell
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
- Spoon mixture into the chocolate gluten-free pie shell and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate at least 2-4 hours (or until set).
- Optional toppings- Mini chocolate chips, chocolate drizzle, crushed peanuts
