MOM'S GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Creamy, fluffy, chocolate-peanut butter goodness. Darryl's mom made this for dessert every Sunday, and it never lasted long.

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate gluten-free pie shell
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon mixture into the chocolate gluten-free pie shell and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2-4 hours (or until set).
  6. Optional toppings- Mini chocolate chips, chocolate drizzle, crushed peanuts
