Family Game Night

Family Game Night is one of our favorite ways to slow down, put the phones away, and truly be together. A table full of games, a few friendly competitions, and lots of laughter make for memories that last far longer than any screen time. It’s simple, cozy, and always ends with someone laughing so hard they can’t catch their breath.

It’s also the perfect idea for a New Year’s Eve celebration with kids of all ages. Fast-paced favorites like Tenzi, classic strategy with Sequence, and working together on puzzles keep everyone involved right up until midnight. For the younger crowd, games like Connect 4, Guess Who, and Clue are super fun!

To make the night even better, add a spread of easy New Year’s snacks and appetizers everyone can grab between turns. My suggestions would be Crack Chicken Dip, Cowgirl Caviar, or Warm Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip. For something sweet, Caramel Popcorn, Ooey Gooey Rice Krispies Treats, or White Trash are always a hit.

No big plans needed—just good food, great games, and a fun way to ring in the New Year as a family. 🎉
