RITZ CRACKER PEANUT BUTTER CHRISTMAS COOKIES

A sweet and salty no-bake Christmas treat made with buttery Ritz crackers, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate almond bark, finished with festive sprinkles. Perfect for holiday trays, gifting, and sweet snacking.

Ingredients

• Ritz crackers
• Creamy peanut butter
• Chocolate almond bark (you can also use milk or semi-sweet chocolate)
• Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

1. Spread peanut butter on a Ritz cracker and top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
2. Melt the chocolate almond bark according to package directions.
3. Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
4. Place on parchment paper and immediately add Christmas sprinkles
5. Let set until firm.
