EASY CRACK CHICKEN DIP

Cool, creamy and packed with chicken, ranch, cheese, and bacon--this dip is a low carb favorite that's always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) cans shredded chicken, drained
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz packet Ranch dressing mix (or 2 Tbsp Ya'll Brands ranch seasoning mix)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
  2. Stir in canned chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions (if using).
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend.
  4. Serve chilled with celery sticks, mini cucumbers, bell pepper strips, crackers or low-carb chips.
