Yummy Reuben Dip

REUBEN DIP
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz. of corned beef, diced
- 1/2 cup of sauerkraut
- 1/3 cup thousand island dressing
- 1/4 of mayonnaise
- 8 oz. swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a mixer.
- Add to a lightly greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve with toasted rye bread.
