Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz. of corned beef, diced
  • 1/2 cup of sauerkraut
  • 1/3 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1/4 of mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a mixer.
  2. Add to a lightly greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Serve with toasted rye bread.
