Valentine Funfetti Cupcakes

I decided to take a regular box cake mix and turn it into a more bakery tasting cake with just a few adjustments. It was still simple and easy and soooo good!

Valentine's Funfetti Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 box of any cake mix (I used Funfetti) - Don't follow instructions on the box.
• 1 cup of milk
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 stick of butter, melted
• Walmart Valentine Cupcake Decorating Kit (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. Combine the cake mix, milk, eggs, and butter into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes.
3. Fill the muffin tins with cupcake liners.
4. Add batter.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
6. Decorate with frosting, hearts or whatever you love!
