Red, White, and Blue Fluff Salad

A creamy, fruity dessert salad bursting with strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows- perfect for patriotic celebrations. This is one of the recipes I made when I was on Talk of Alabama last week. So yummy! RED, WHITE & BLUE FLUFF SALAD

A creamy, fruity dessert salad bursting with strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows- perfect for patriotic celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 3 oz box instant white chocolate Jello pudding mix
  • 8 oz tub Cool Whip
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whole blueberries, washed
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups diced strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the white chocolate pudding mix and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip and mix gently until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add the milk and mix until the texture is creamy.
  5. Gently stir in the blueberries and mini marshmallows.
  6. Fold in the strawberries last to preserve their shape and color.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for and hour before serving.
