EASY CROCKPOT TACO CHICKEN

An easy, flavorful three- ingredient meal perfect for busy days. This tender, shredded chicken is loaded with zesty taco flavor--great for tacos, bowls, nachos, meal prep, and more!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (15 oz) jar salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken, then pour salsa on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until chicken is tender and easy to shred.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks and mix well with the sauce.
  5. Serve in taco shells, over rice, on nachos, or in lettuce wraps.
