MILLION DOLLAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Rich, creamy, and irresistibly comforting, this Million Dollar Chicken Casserole combines tender chicken with a cheesy, savory sauce and a buttery Ritz cracker topping. A simple, satisfying dish that's always a crowd favorite!
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 5 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
- Fold in the chopped cooked chicken until evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
