MILLION DOLLAR CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well blended.
  3. Fold in the chopped cooked chicken until evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
