Strawberry Fluff Salad is a sweet, creamy treat made with juicy strawberries, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows-perfect as a light dessert or a fruity side dish for gatherings.

Ingredients

• 1 large box (4.6 oz) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
• 1 large box (6 oz) strawberry Jell-O
• 3 cups water
• 16 oz Cool Whip (I used No Sugar)
• 3 cups chopped fresh strawberries
• 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix and strawberry Jell-o.
2. Add 3 cups water and stir well.
3. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
4. Pour into a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 3-4 hours, until set.
5. Once chilled, use a hand mixer to blend the set mixture until smooth.
6. Fold in Cool whip, strawberries, and mini marshmallows.
7. Chill again until ready to serve.
