The creamy, salty peanut butter mixed with the tangy crunch of pickles may sound unusual, but it's pure nostalgic magic in every bite. PEANUT BUTTER PICKLE SANDWICH

I grew up on peanut butter pickle sandwiches--and they're still my favorite! The creamy, salty peanut butter mixed with the tangy crunch of pickles may sound unusual, but it's pure nostalgic magic in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice: white, wheat, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • Sliced pickles (dill, sweet, bread & butter--your favorite)

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly over side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer sliced pickles over the peanut butter on one slice.
  3. Top with the second slice, peanut butter side down, to form a sandwich.
  4. Slice in half and enjoy!
