Crisp, creamy, and tangy--the perfect side for any summer meal!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
