CREAMY COLESLAW

Crisp, creamy, and tangy--the perfect side for any summer meal!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots to the bowl.
  3. Toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
