Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the cubed potatoes and chopped onion.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes, until the potatoes are browned and starting to soften.
- Return the kielbasa to the skillet. Add the shredded cabbage, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cabbage is tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.
- Remove the lid and simmer uncovered for a few minutes if you want to reduce the liquid.
- Tip: This dish is great with a splash of vinegar or a dollop of sour cream on top!
