This tuna salad is super easy to throw together and loaded with protein. It’s creamy, fresh, and perfect for a quick lunch or snack when you want something filling without a lot of fuss.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) can albacore solid white tuna in water
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the drained tuna, mayo, celery, apple, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve the tuna salad on bread, lettuce leaves, salads or crackers.
