NO BAKE LEMON LASAGNA

This no-bake Lemon Lasagna has layers of cookie crust, creamy cheesecake, tangy lemon pudding, and fluffy whipped topping — a light and refreshing dessert perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3 ounce) package golden OREO cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounce container Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden OREOs into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a ziplock bag. Set aside 1 cup for topping.
  2. Mix remaining crumbs with ½ cup melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 8 oz Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over crust and chill.
  4. Whisk 3 cups milk with instant pudding until thick, then spread over cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill for at least an hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle with reserved OREO crumbs.
