Easy No-Bake Lemon Lasagna

NO BAKE LEMON LASAGNA
This no-bake Lemon Lasagna has layers of cookie crust, creamy cheesecake, tangy lemon pudding, and fluffy whipped topping — a light and refreshing dessert perfect for summer!
Ingredients
- 1 (14.3 ounce) package golden OREO cookies
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounce container Cool Whip, divided
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Crush Golden OREOs into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a ziplock bag. Set aside 1 cup for topping.
- Mix remaining crumbs with ½ cup melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 8 oz Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over crust and chill.
- Whisk 3 cups milk with instant pudding until thick, then spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill for at least an hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle with reserved OREO crumbs.
