Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup ranch dip
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, for piping the spider web
  • 1 large black olive, for the spider body and legs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the refried beans evenly over the center of a large round platter.
  2. Spread the ranch dip over the beans, followed by the salsa and guacamole.
  3. Place the sour cream in a piping bag or zip-top bag with a small corner snipped off. Pipe a spiral over the guacamole to look like a spider web.
  4. Cut the large black olive in half. Use one half for the spider's body and cut the remaining half into thin strips for the legs. Arrange the olive pieces on top of the dip.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese around the outside edge of the platter.
  6. Scatter the diced tomatoes over the shredded cheese for a colorful finishing touch.
  7. Arrange the tortilla chips around the platter or serve on the side.
  8. Chill the dip 20-30 minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
