DILL PICKLE FAT BOMBS

These Dill Pickle Fat Bombs are a creamy, tangy snack packed with flavor. Made with cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon, they're rich in healthy fats that keep you satisfied. The dill pickles add the perfect zesty bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, diced pickles, cheddar cheese, fresh dill, pickle juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small bite-size balls.
  3. Roll each ball in the chopped bacon and sliced onion to coat.
  4. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
