These Dill Pickle Fat Bombs are a creamy, tangy snack packed with flavor. Made with cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon, they're rich in healthy fats that keep you satisfied. The dill pickles add the perfect zesty bite!
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, diced pickles, cheddar cheese, fresh dill, pickle juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-size balls.
- Roll each ball in the chopped bacon and sliced onion to coat.
- Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
