CRANBERRY COLESLAW

This cranberry coleslaw is sweet, crunchy, and full of flavor with cabbage, toasted almonds, dried cranberries, and fresh veggies. The perfect refreshing side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups shredded cabbage (or a bag of shredded cole slaw)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir cabbage, almonds, cranberries, green onions, and bell peppers in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, honey mustard, and honey.
  3. Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and mix well.
