Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) can albacore solid white tuna in water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the drained tuna, mayo, celery, apple, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Serve the tuna salad on lettuce leaves for a carb-friendly lunch!
