A light, creamy, red-white-and-blue treat that's sweet, fluffy, and perfect for summer gatherings or holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
- Add marshmallows, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
