CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE

This Chicken Stuffing Casserole is a comforting, all-in-one-meal--tender chicken, creamy sauce, and savory stuffing baked to bubbly perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package directions; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in cream of chicken soup and milk, mixing until smooth and combined.
  4. Pour chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread stuffing evenly over the top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
