CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE
This Chicken Stuffing Casserole is a comforting, all-in-one-meal--tender chicken, creamy sauce, and savory stuffing baked to bubbly perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package directions; set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup and milk, mixing until smooth and combined.
- Pour chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread stuffing evenly over the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy!
