CELEBRATION CRUNCH

One of our favorite sweet-and-salty treats, this patriotic Celebration Crunch is made with red, white, and blue M&M's for a festive 4th of July twist. Quick to make and always a hit, it's perfect for parties, picnics, and homemade holiday gifts.

Ingredients

• 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
• 1 24 oz. package Vanilla Almond Bark (I use the Walmart brand)
• 16 oz. dry-roasted peanuts
• 12 oz. bag plain Patriotic M&M's

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, add cereal, roasted peanuts, and M&M's.
2. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave almond bark uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 1 or 2 minutes more until mixture can be stirred smooth.
3. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
4. Spread on waxed paper.
5. Break pieces apart. Store in an air-tight container
