APPLE PIE CRESCENT BITES

These apple pie crescent bites are warm, buttery, and filled with cozy fall flavors--perfect with ice cream and caramel on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cut into 8 slices
  • 8 Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Unroll crescent dough onto parchment paper. Sprinkle evenly with the sugar mixture, then add chopped pecans.
  4. Dip apple slices in melted butter. Place one slice on the wide end of each crescent roll.
  5. Roll up and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining butter.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
