- 1 (1.5 oz) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until it begins to thicken.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
