SIMPLE EGG NOG FRENCH TOAST

I love the idea of using egg nog for your French toast on Christmas morning. It's yummy, delicious and so easy to make. If your family loves egg nog, they will enjoy this twist on a family favorite.

Ingredients

• 10 to 12 slices thick white bread, such as Texas toast or French bread
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups egg nog
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
• OR 1 teaspoon Ya'll Brands Cinnamon & Sugar

Instructions

1. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet to medium heat.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, egg nog, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.
3. Dip each side of the bread into the mixture and cook in skillet for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
4. Serve with maple syrup.
