SHEETPAN CHICKEN SAUSAGE & GARDEN VEGGIES
A one-pan mix of roasted chicken sausage and garden veggies--simple, hearty, and full of fresh flavor.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. chicken sausage (sliced into rounds)
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add broccoli, tomatoes, and sliced sausage to a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- OPTIONAL- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly and spread in a single layer.
- Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, until veggies are tender and slightly browned.
