Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chicken sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add broccoli, tomatoes, and sliced sausage to a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. OPTIONAL- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss to coat evenly and spread in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, until veggies are tender and slightly browned.
