OLD-SCHOOL BISQUICK CINNAMON ROLLS

An old-school favorite made the simple way--no yeast, no waiting, just soft, sweet cinnamon rolls ready in minutes.

Ingredients

CINNAMON ROLLS
  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
GLAZE
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • splash of vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

CINNAMON ROLLS
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. and grease a baking dish or pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix Bisquick, 1 tablespoon sugar, and milk until soft dough forms.
  3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently roll into a rectangle.
  4. Spread softened butter over the dough. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Roll up tightly from the long side and slice into rounds.
  6. Place rolls on prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
GLAZE
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
