MOM'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Darryl's mom would make this every week for Sunday dinner. She loved this pie with her whole soul.

Ingredients

  • 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 16 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 Chocolate graham cracker pie shell

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter.
  2. Add confectioners' sugar; gradually add cool whip.
  3. Continue beating until smooth.
  4. Spoon filling into pie shell and chill.
