MERRY BERRY SPINACH SALAD

A fresh, bright, holiday-ready salad loaded with berries, crunchy nuts, and a sweet tangy dressing. Perfect for Christmas lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

• 6 cups fresh baby spinach
• 1 cup sliced strawberries
• 1 cup fresh raspberries (or blueberries)
• 1/2 cup feta cheese
• 1/2 cup candied pecans
• 1/2 cup raspberry poppyseed dressing

Instructions

1. Place the spinach a large serving bowl.
2. Add strawberries, raspberries, feta, and pecans on top.
3. Drizzle with poppyseed dressing just before serving and toss gently.
4. Optional Add-ins: sliced apples, blueberries, or grilled chicken.
