HALLOWEEN PRETZEL BONES
Creepy and crunchy--these edible "bones" are the perfect Halloween treat!
Ingredients
- 80 mini marshmallows
- 40 pretzel sticks
- 16 oz white candy melting chips or vanilla almond bark (Walmart brand preferred)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Take one pretzel stick and press a mini marshmallow firmly onto each end. Repeat until all pretzels are capped with marshmallows--these will look like little "bones".
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white candy melting chips or almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each pretzel bone into the melted coating, turning to cover completely. Use a fork or dipping tool to lift out and gently shake off excess.
- Lay coated bones on the prepared sheet.
- Let sit at room temperature until the coating hardens, or place in the refrigerator for faster setting.
- Once hardened, carefully remove and serve on a platter for a spooky Halloween snack!
