Halloween Eyeball Cookies

Aren’t these just the cutest!? If you are using pre-made cookie dough, they are a cinch to make too! Grab your kids and/or grandkids for an afternoon of goolish behavior and see where your creativity takes you.

HALLOWEEN EYEBALL COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 (24-ct.) package of pre-made sugar cookies (you can make homemade if you want)
• 1 tub of vanilla frosting
• Gel icing color (purple, orange, green)
• Halloween sprinkles (optional)
• Candy Eyeballs

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. Spray the mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place one cookie dough ball into each muffin tin. You can choose to roll some of the cookie balls into the sprinkles for a little added sparkle.
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
5. While they are still hot, take the backside of a 1 tsp sized measuring spoon, and place in the center of the cookie to form a well.
6. Add icing and decorate with eyes.
