This Easy One-Pan Beef Stroganoff is a creamy, comforting classic made with simple pantry staples--all cooked in one skillet for a quick, hearty weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean grond beef
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups uncooked egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain if needed.
  2. Stir in onion powder, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and beef broth.
  3. Add the uncooked egg noodles, stir well, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cover and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  5. Remove from heat. Serve warm.
