This Easy One-Pan Beef Stroganoff is a creamy, comforting classic made with simple pantry staples--all cooked in one skillet for a quick, hearty weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean grond beef
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cups uncooked egg noodles
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain if needed.
- Stir in onion powder, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and beef broth.
- Add the uncooked egg noodles, stir well, and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat. Serve warm.
