EASY STRAWBERRY LASAGNA
This easy no-bake dessert is layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberries, and fluffy whipped topping. It's easy to make and always a crowd favorite!
Ingredients
CRUST
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz Cool Whip
STRAWBERRY LAYER
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
TOPPING
- Cool Whip
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, gently combine the strawberry pie filling, 8 ounces of Cool Whip, and sliced strawberries. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with an additional layer of Cool Whip.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
