EASY STRAWBERRY LASAGNA

This easy no-bake dessert is layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberries, and fluffy whipped topping. It's easy to make and always a crowd favorite!

Ingredients

CRUST
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
CREAM CHEESE LAYER
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
STRAWBERRY LAYER
  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
TOPPING
  • Cool Whip
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, gently combine the strawberry pie filling, 8 ounces of Cool Whip, and sliced strawberries. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with an additional layer of Cool Whip.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
