CROCKPOT CRACK CHICKEN

This crack chicken is so delicious and easy to make. It will quickly become one of your favorite meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and drained or 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or 4 hours on high.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
  6. Add the bacon and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  7. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
