CROCKPOT CRACK CHICKEN
This crack chicken is so delicious and easy to make. It will quickly become one of your favorite meals.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and drained or 1/2 cup real bacon bits
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or 4 hours on high.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add the bacon and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
