Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups salted peanuts, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups candy corn, divided
  • 1 (10 oz) bag peanut butter chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 stick 91/4 cup) butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of the peanuts and 1 cup of the candy corn evenly in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows and gently fold in. Remove from heat quickly so the marshmallows stay mostly whole (some melting is fine).
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the peanut and candy corn layer in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup peanuts and 1/2 cup candy corn over the top, pressing lightly so they stick.
  6. Allow bars to cool completely at room temperature.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
