Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli pieces
- 3 cups cauliflower pieces
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, finely diced
- 1/2 cup corn (canned or fresh)
- 3/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, bell peppers, carrots, corn, bacon, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and milk until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
