The Viral Giant Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll

Who says pumpkins are just for carving? This year, we’re baking one—and it’s sweet, gooey, and made out of cinnamon rolls! This giant pumpkin cinnamon roll is so fun and easy to make for Halloween! This is a super fun and easy Halloween treat to make with your family! You can’t beat cinnamon rolls straight from the oven either!

GIANT PUMPKIN CINNAMON ROLL

Ingredients

  • 2 (17.5 oz) cans of Pillsbury Grands! Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
  • red food coloring
  • yellow food coloring
  • Green sprinkles for the stem
  • Orange sprinkles for the pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to the package directions. Line a round baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Open both cans of cinnamon rolls. Place one roll directly in the center of the pan.
  3. Take the next cinnamon roll, gently unroll it, and wrap it around the center roll. Continue unrolling and wrapping each cinnamon roll until you’ve used them all and formed one large spiral. Pinch the top slightly to resemble the pumpkin stem.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through in the center (it may take longer than the package time due to the size).
  5. While baking, tint the icing: stir 1 drop red food coloring and 1 drop yellow food coloring into each icing tub and mix thoroughly.
  6. Once the giant cinnamon roll has cooled slightly, spread the orange icing over the top.
  7. Sprinkle green sprinkles over the “stem” area and orange sprinkles over the pumpkin to finish.
