SAUSAGE & HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

A hearty, cheesy sausage and hash brown casserole that comes together in minutes and bakes to golden, bubbly perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the hash browns, sliced sausage, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
