Sausage and Hashbrown Casserole

SAUSAGE & HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
A hearty, cheesy sausage and hash brown casserole that comes together in minutes and bakes to golden, bubbly perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the hash browns, sliced sausage, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
