ROASTED GARLIC GREEN BEANS

Simple, buttery green beans roasted with garlic and herbs--

easy, fresh, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Arrange green beans in a single layer on baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Drizzle the butter mixture over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm.
