These Resurrection Rolls are a simple, hands-on way to celebrate Easter. When you open them and find them empty inside, it's a beautiful reminder--He is risen!
Ingredients
- 3 Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheets
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 12 marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out crescent dough sheets and cut each into 4 squares.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place each marshmallow in the center of a dough square and wrap it completely, sealing all edges tightly.
- Dip the wrapped dough in butter, then roll again in cinnamon sugar.
- Place in muffin tin seam-side down.
- Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
