RESURRECTION ROLLS

These Resurrection Rolls are a simple, hands-on way to celebrate Easter. When you open them and find them empty inside, it's a beautiful reminder--He is risen!

Ingredients

  • 3 Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheets
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 12 marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out crescent dough sheets and cut each into 4 squares.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Dip each marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Place each marshmallow in the center of a dough square and wrap it completely, sealing all edges tightly.
  6. Dip the wrapped dough in butter, then roll again in cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place in muffin tin seam-side down.
  8. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
