These no bake lemon cookies are so easy to make and YuMmY too. If you love lemon like I do...you are going to looooove these cookies!

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (can use any type of nut)
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup of lemonade (I prefer Simply Lemonade)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into walnut size balls.
2. Roll balls in additional powdered sugar.
3. Place in refrigerator to chill until firm.
4. Makes 15-20 cookies.
